Brekeke JTAPI SDK - SIP SDK for Telephony Applications
The Brekeke JTAPI SDK, is a software development kit for creating SIP-enabled telephony applications. Applications that may be developed with the Brekeke JTAPI SDK include IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Systems, Conference Servers, Callback Systems, and other telephony applications. Brekeke JTAPI SDK can also be used to convert existing telephony applications into SIP supported products and/or applications.

Feature Details - SDK for creating SIP Call Center Applications
Brekeke PAL allows applications to initiate calls, receive and display line status, transfer and conference calls, monitor and record conversations, track register status, and park and retrieve calls.

Public Announce (Broadcasting) |
Allows announcing a message to agents without listening into their conversation. The announcement can be broadcast to multiple SIP UAs also. |

Barge |
Allows a supervisor to join an existing call session between extensions or an extension and analog (PSTN) line. This feature can be used to create instant Conference rooms (or 3-way calls) with simple operation. |

Call Forwarding |
Allows incoming calls to be redirected to other SIP UAs which facilitates the creation of Operator Consoles or similar applications. |
